This recipe is a crowd pleaser you can wow your guests with. It’s light, fluffy and it only has 4 ingredients! This strawberry Jell-O fluff can be served as a side dish or as a dessert.

Its perfect for a potluck or for a no bake dessert on a day that’s too hot to turn on the oven. These desserts were very popular in the 50’s and I’m all for a recipe that comes from our grandmothers kitchen’s.

Ingredients

  • Cottage Cheese- Adds creamy texture and delicious flavor to this recipe as well as some extra protein!
  • Strawberry Jell-O- Helps stabilize the whip cream more, along with the other ingredients.
  • Cool Whip- Light, airy, and perfect for no bake recipes like this one
  • Fresh strawberries- Don’t use frozen strawberries in this recipe as it will end up being too watery.

How Do You Make Strawberry Jell-O Fluff?

  1. Add the cottage cheese to a bowl
  2. Add the Jell-O on top of the cottage cheese
  3. Mix it all together until the Jell-O dissolves
  4. Add in strawberries and mix
  5. Fold in the Cool Whip

How do you store it?

Store the leftover’s in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Strawberry Jell-O Fluff

A light and creamy dessert.
Prep Time 15 minutes
Serving Size 10 servings

Ingredients

  • 500 ml container 2% cottage cheese (not the dry curds)
  • One 4 serving package (85 g) of strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 Liter container cool whip
  • 1 pound chopped strawberries

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl add in the whole container of cottage cheese.
  • Add the Jell-O package on top.
  • Mix with a rubber spatula until all the crystals are dissolved.
  • Add in the strawberries and mix well.
  • Fold in the cool whip. Can also top with strawberries.
  • Cover and place in the fridge for at least two hours before serving to firm up.
