Strawberry jam is a sweet condiment made with few ingredients that are cooked down into a jelly and has many uses.
Strawberry jam can be used in a variety of ways other than in a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. You can use it as a topping for scones, biscuits or croissants, a filling for donuts, on cakes, on toast and cookies! You can also spread it on muffins or pancakes and use it as a topping for ice cream or oatmeal. It is a recipe I always have sitting in my fridge and ready to go because of its many uses!

This 3 ingredient strawberry jam is very easy to make and it uses frozen strawberries. I like recipes using frozen strawberries because they are cheaper and they store for a longer time.

This recipe is also pectin free! It thickens as it cooks down, which takes a bit of extra time in comparison to adding pectin instead.
It makes a small batch, just one 250 ml jar so its perfect for storing in the fridge and you’ll be able to use it before it goes bad.
