1 (19 oz. can) crushed pineapple (pressed through a sieve)
2 (10 oz.) cans mandarins drained
1L container of cool whip, thawed
*Mini marshmallows for topping, optional
Instructions
Add the sour cream to a large bowl, and add the Jell-O. Mix very well.
Fold in the mandarins and pineapple
Fold in the Cool Whip
Smooth out the top and cover with mini marshmallows
Cover and place in the fridge to set for at least one hour
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days, strain off any liquid that forms on the bottom over time. Make sure to strain very well before adding the fruit to the recipe.
