Toast for 30 minutes, turning half way at the 15 minute mark. Keep an eye on it as your bread may be thicker or thinner and timing may vary. They'll be lightly toasted and feel fully dried out when done.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Once cooled place them in a zip lock bag and roll over them with the rolling pin until desired size.
Place in an airtight container to store.
