Whip Cream Ingredients

heavy cream

teaspoon
pure maple syrup
Hot Milk Ingredients
4
cups
whole milk
1/4
cup
pure maple syrup
cinnamon
to sprinkle over the hot drink
Instructions
Add the maple syrup and heavy cream to a medium sized mixing bowl.
Whip with the electric hand mixer until stiff peaks form, set aside.
Add the milk and maple syrup to a medium sized pot and turn burner to medium heat.
Stir until heated through, steamy and reaches desired temperature.
Stir often so milk doesn't stick to the pot or burn.
Remove from the heat and divide between mugs.
Top with a dollop of whip cream and a dash of cinnamon.
