Easy Easter Dessert Fluff Recipe with Pineapple

A quick and easy Easter dessert

Ingredients

  • 500 ml Cottage cheese (not the dry curds)
  • 1 (85 gram) package orange Jell-O
  • 1 (I liter) container cool whip, thawed
  • 2 (284 ml) cans mandarins, strained
  • 1 (398 ml) can pineapple tidbits, strained and pressed through a sieve
  • 3-3 1/2 cups colored mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add in the cottage cheese.
  • Add the Jell-O on top and mix until the crystals dissolve.
  • Add the container of cool whip and mix well.
  • Strain the mandarins then add them on top.
  • Strain the pineapple through a sieve, the best you can trying to remove as much liquid as possible.
  • Add to the bowl and mix well.
  • Fold in 1 1/2 cups of marshmallows and then smooth out the top.
  • Top with the remaining marshmallows, use more or less according to your taste.
  • Place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set before serving

Notes

  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
