Ingredients
500 ml Cottage cheese (not the dry curds)
1 (85 gram) package orange Jell-O
1 (I liter) container cool whip, thawed
2 (284 ml) cans mandarins, strained
1 (398 ml) can pineapple tidbits, strained and pressed through a sieve
3-3 1/2 cups colored mini marshmallows
Instructions
In a large bowl add in the cottage cheese.
Add the Jell-O on top and mix until the crystals dissolve.
Add the container of cool whip and mix well.
Strain the mandarins then add them on top.
Strain the pineapple through a sieve, the best you can trying to remove as much liquid as possible.
Add to the bowl and mix well.
Fold in 1 1/2 cups of marshmallows and then smooth out the top.
Top with the remaining marshmallows, use more or less according to your taste.
Place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set before serving

Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
