Vietnamese avocado dessert with condensed milk

A quick recipe to use up those ripe avocados

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 avocados, the peel off and seed out
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions

  • Halve the avocados then remove the pit, scoop the contents into the blender. Discard the seed and the skin.
  • Add in the milk to the blender.
  • Add in the condensed milk.
  • Add in the ice.
  • Blend for one minute or until it reaches desire consistency.
  • Pour it into glasses or dessert bowls.
  • You can serve the Vietnamese avocado milkshake as is or you can top it with some coconut flakes.
