Ingredients
3 cups quick oats
1 cup chopped nuts or dried coconut
1 cup dried fruit, chopped
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips or butterscotch chips or just more chocolate chips
1 (300 ml) can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup melted, un-salted butter
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 325.
Line an 11x17 baking sheet with parchment paper, leaving a lip so its easier to lift out later.
Add the oats, nuts or dried coconut, dried fruit, sunflower seeds, chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter to a large bowl and mix well.
Transfer all to the pan and spread out evenly. Press into the pan very well with a rubber spatula.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Check at 25 minutes first as ovens vary.
Cool in the pan on a cooling rack for 20-30 minutes, then remove from the pan with the parchment paper and slice into bars.
Transfer them to a cooling rack to completely cool.
Once completely cooled, add them to an airtight container and store either at room temperature, in the fridge or in the freezer.

Notes
My favorite combination is with dried coconut, even parts white chocolate chips and chocolate chips and dried cranberries as the dried fruit option.
