Add the butter, honey and cinnamon to a mixing bowl.
Mix slightly so the cinnamon doesn't go flying when mixing with the hand mixer in the next step.
Beat with a hand mixer for 2 minutes, or until it is smooth, light and fluffy. Scrape the sides of the bowl as needed.
Add to an airtight container or mason jar and store in the fridge for up to 2-3 weeks.
Notes
Before adding the butter to be mixed, it should be softened enough that you can easily leave a dent in it with your finger. You may need to soften it for a few seconds in the microwave for easy mixing.
