Cinnamon Honey Butter

Its Simply Perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup un-salted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy honey
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add the butter, honey and cinnamon to a mixing bowl.
  • Mix slightly so the cinnamon doesn't go flying when mixing with the hand mixer in the next step.
  • Beat with a hand mixer for 2 minutes, or until it is smooth, light and fluffy. Scrape the sides of the bowl as needed.
  • Add to an airtight container or mason jar and store in the fridge for up to 2-3 weeks.

Notes

Before adding the butter to be mixed, it should be softened enough that you can easily leave a dent in it with your finger. You may need to soften it for a few seconds in the microwave for easy mixing.
