3 Ingredient Strawberry Jam

Made without pectin and with frozen strawberries

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, bottled or fresh

Instructions

  • Add the strawberries, honey and lemon juice to a small pot on medium heat. Stir occasionally and let the berries cook down until you are able to mash them .
  • Mash them in the pot and continue cooking until it thickens. This takes about 25 minutes, stir occasionally.
  • Reduce heat when needed, once thickened and most of the liquid is dissolved, remove the pot from the heat.
  • Add jam to a mason jar and cool slightly at room temperature then place it in the fridge to set and store for up to 10 days.
