How to make Homemade Balsamic Dressing

- Step 1: Add all ingredients besides the oil to a measuring cup for easy pouring.

- Step 2: Whisk continuously while slowly adding in the olive oil to emulsify.

- Step 3: Add to a mason jar or air tight container and store it in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Hint: Remove balsamic dressing from the fridge 15 minutes before using to allow it to come back to room temperature as the olive oil can harden slightly when in the fridge.
Storage
Store the dressing in a mason jar or in an air tight container for up to 1 week in the fridge.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 garlic clove minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients besides the olive oil to a glass measuring cup for easy pouring.
- Whisk together the ingredients.
- Whisk continuously while slowly adding in the olive oil to emulsify.
- Pour dressing into mason jar or airtight container.
- Use now or place it in the fridge for storing.
