Avocados are full of healthy fats which is a great thing for your body and immune system. They can easily be found at your local grocery store.
How to choose avocados from the grocery store
When picking avocados from the grocery store look for ones that are dark green and firm. Make sure the avocados are also free of bruises and breaks in the skin. If you want to eat avocados right away then pick them when dark green in colour and more soft than firm.

There is nothing more simple than making your own avocado salad dressing and it is so easy and quick to make! This recipe is made with whole-food ingredients and can be poured over your favorite salads and leafy greens.
It is great for a vegan diet if you use a milk alternative like a cup of almond milk instead for a vegan version. If you use whole milk it makes for a creamy dairy dressing that is full of flavor.

This healthy salad dressing has a lovely green colour, creamy texture and so much flavor. It uses fresh ingredients, no Greek yogurt, olive oils or avocado oils. I know a lot of people do not like having oils in their diets and not everyone has yogurt in their fridges all the time. This recipe however is made with ingredients that are more common to have.
